How Plants are Packed and Shipped
All plants are packaged with care. We pack all shipments by hand. Most of the plants will be shipped bare roots without the nursery pot. Plants with fragile roots will be shipped with semi-soil. We pay close attention to packing to ensure the safety of the shipment. The plants are individually wrapped with tissue paper, if needed Poly-fil cotton or recyclable shredded paper are used to protect fragile foliage. Plants may be very slightly wilted upon arrival, but will recover rapidly upon receiving water. Imported plants will have minimal to no root.
NOTE : plants could differ in colors due to shipping. We handle our order with care, however some unfortunate events could happen, such as broken stems or leaves, during shipping and we do not have any control of that.

Shipping During Summer
Plants might lose colors or a bit stretched due to shipment as Summer is growing season for most succulents. They will recover by potting them right after arrival and acclimateΒ them slowly to sun (light). Always, protect them from harsh sun (sun-shade is highly recommended).
